Welcome to Halo Mental Health! Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or services.

By accessing or using the Halo Mental Health website (the “Site”) and our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our Site or services.

Halo Mental Health provides mental health services both in person at our clinic in Las Vegas, Nevada, and via telehealth appointments. Our services include therapy, counseling, and related mental health support.

If you choose to receive services via telehealth, you understand and agree that these services will be provided remotely, using online communication tools. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary technology and internet connection for telehealth appointments.

Your privacy is important to us. We will protect your personal information and adhere to our Privacy Policy. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Payment for in-person and telehealth services is required as per our fee schedule. Payment details and billing information must be provided and kept up to date. Failure to pay for services may result in the suspension of access to our services.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe there has been unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately.

Halo Mental Health, its employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use our services.
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
  • Any interruption or cessation of our services.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Halo Mental Health reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
