Paul Manley
Paul is the founder of Halo Health. He grew up around the mental health field via his father’s work at Hedrick House, a trauma specific non-profit treatment program. He has now worked in the space for over 10 years, starting at Northbound Treatment Services in Newport Beach and then helping build Driftwood Recovery to become a nationally recognized treatment program.
Dr. Vahid Osman
Dr. Vahid Osman, MD is the Medical Director of Halo Health. He completed his residency at Austin State Hospital and has over 32 years of experience in psychiatry & behavioral health. He is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
Dr. Jake Deutsch
Dr. Jake Deutsch is the Emergency Services Advisor for Halo. He is a startup founder and board certified Emergency Medicine physician with decades of experience in the ER. His companies include CURE Urgent Care in New York City (acquired by Northwell/GoHealth) and Specialty Infusion Centers (acquired by Vivo/Intandem Health VC). He currently focuses on longevity and health optimization via his private practice, Oakwood Precision Medicine.
