Track 1

Basic Well-being (3-6 months)

This track is designed for individuals seeking to improve their overall mental wellness and increase resilience in life's trials and tribulations. Through a combination of cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness practices, and goal-setting exercises, clients will learn to manage stress, build self-awareness, and develop healthy coping mechanisms. Utilizing the third wave chair to regulate the nervous system and books such as "The Gifts of Imperfection" by Brené Brown, clients will work towards achieving a greater sense of calm, confidence, and purpose. 

Track milestones include:

  • Session 1-3: Assessing current stress levels and setting realistic goals
  • Session 4-6: Learning relaxation techniques and self-care strategies
  • Session 7-9: Developing mindfulness practices and self-compassion exercises
  • Session 10-12: Building resilience and coping skills for managing stress
Track 2

Anxiety (4-6 months)

This track is designed for individuals struggling with anxiety disorders, including generalized anxiety, panic disorder, and social anxiety. Through a combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy, exposure therapy, and mindfulness practices, clients will learn to challenge negative thought patterns, manage physical symptoms, and develop coping skills for navigating anxious situations. Utilizing books such as "The Anxiety and Worry Workbook" by David A. Clark and Aaron T. Beck, clients will work towards achieving a greater sense of calm and confidence.

Track 3

Trauma Focused (6-9 months)

Track 4

Major Depression (4-6 months)

This track is designed for individuals struggling with major depressive disorder. Through a combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy, behavioral activation, and mindfulness practices, clients will learn to challenge negative thought patterns, develop coping skills for managing depressive symptoms, and increase motivation and engagement in daily activities. Utilizing books such as "Feeling Good" by David D. Burns, clients will work towards achieving a greater sense of hope and purpose.

Track 6

Personality Disorder (6-9 months)

This track is designed for individuals struggling with personality disorders, including borderline personality disorder, narcissistic personality disorder, and avoidant personality disorder. Through a combination of dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and family-of-origin work, clients will learn to develop emotional regulation skills, improve relationships, and increase self-awareness. Persistent Psychotic Disorder (9-12 months)

Family Therapy Tracks

Track 1

General Family Mental Health & Communication (4-6 months)

Track 2

LGBTQIA+ Family Reunification (6-9 months)

This track focuses on supporting families in navigating and understanding LGBTQIA+ identities, fostering an inclusive environment for reunification between parents and their children. Utilizing a systems-based approach and evidence-based practices such as narrative therapy and emotionally focused therapy, families will learn to address differences, improve understanding, and strengthen bonds. Recommended readings like "The Family Acceptance Project" guide discussions on acceptance and identity.

Track milestones include:


  • Session 1-3: Assessing current family dynamics and individual experiences with LGBTQIA+ issues, setting goals for reunification.
  • Session 4-6: Exploring personal and familial narratives to foster empathy, addressing prejudices, and developing active listening skills.
  • Session 7-9: Engaging in role-play scenarios to practice new communication strategies, reinforcing acceptance and supportive dialogue.
  • Session 10-12: Facilitating a family meeting to discuss findings, consolidate gains, and create an action plan for ongoing support and awareness.

Child and Adolescent Tracks

Track 1

Communication & General Mental Health (3-6 months)

This track is designed to help children and adolescents develop effective communication skills and promote overall mental well-being. Utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and play therapy, clients will learn to express their thoughts and feelings constructively. Recommended readings include “What to Do When You Worry Too Much” by Dawn Huebner.

Track milestones include:


  • Session 1-3: Assessing individual communication styles and mental health needs, establishing a therapeutic environment where they feel safe and understood.
  • Session 4-5: Introducing basic communication techniques, including active listening and expressing feelings using "I" statements through engaging activities like role-play or art.
  • Session 6-8: Practicing problem-solving skills and conflict resolution within role-playing scenarios, reinforcing self-expression and empathy.
  • Session 9-12: Reviewing progress through family involvement, creating a personalized communication plan, and discussing coping strategies for managing emotions.
Track 2

Managing Self-Harm, Suicidal, and Homicidal Thoughts (4-6 months)

This track focuses on adolescents grappling with self-harm, suicidal thoughts, and interpersonal issues that may lead to harmful behaviors. Evidence-based approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and safety planning are utilized to foster resilience and coping skills.

Track milestones include:


  • Session 1-2: Building rapport and trust, assessing the severity of self-harm and suicidal thoughts, and discussing the importance of safety.
  • Session 3-4: Developing a personalized safety plan and exploring triggers and coping mechanisms through journaling and expressive activities.
  • Session 5-7: Introducing DBT skills such as emotional regulation and distress tolerance, supplemented with mindfulness exercises tailored for adolescents.

Track 3

  • Session 4-6: Teaching grounding techniques, deep breathing exercises, and the use of visualization to manage anxiety symptoms.

Track 4

Processing Trauma from Molestation and Unwanted Touching (6-9 months)

This track is tailored for children and adolescents who have experienced molestation or unwanted touching. The focus is on providing a safe space for processing trauma and developing strategies for communication and safety. Evidence-based practices such as trauma-focused cognitive-behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) and expressive arts therapy will be utilized. Track milestones include:


  • Session 1-3: Establishing a trusting therapeutic relationship, assessing the child/adolescent's understanding of their experience, and implementing safety planning.
  • Session 4-6: Introduce TF-CBT concepts, focusing on processing trauma through storytelling and art-making activities, helped by age-appropriate materials and discussions about feelings.
  • Session 7-9: Exploring healthy boundaries, consent, and assertiveness through role-playing and real-life scenarios, reinforcing communication skills.
  • Session 10-12: Evaluating progress and coping strategies, creating a personal safety plan, and engaging caregivers in understanding the trauma and supporting the healing process.
Track 5

Navigating Psychosis in Young Age (6-9 months)

This track is for youth experiencing early signs of psychosis, focusing on improving their understanding, coping mechanisms, and safety within family and community contexts. Evidence-based approaches include psychoeducation and supportive therapy.

Track milestones include:


  • Session 1-3: Building rapport, assessing symptoms, and educating both the client and family about psychosis and its potential impact.
  • Session 4-6:Teaching grounding techniques and crisis management strategies, helping the client identify early warning signs and develop coping skills.
  • Session 7-9: Encouraging communication about experiences with psychosis and utilizing expressive arts to process feelings and experiences.
  • Session 10-12: Involving family members in education and support strategies, evaluating progress, and creating a safety plan that includes community resources for ongoing support.
